Rachael Noble
Paediatric Physiotherapist
DPT, BSc, BGS

Rachael is an experienced physiotherapist who has worked exclusively in paediatrics since completing her Doctor of Physiotherapy at the University of Melbourne. She has practised across a range of healthcare settings in both Australia and the UK and recently returned to Melbourne after working at Oxford Children’s Hospital, where she supported infants, children and young people with complex needs.
Rachael is passionate about providing compassionate, high-quality care that helps children build confidence, develop new skills and participate more fully in everyday life at home, at school and in the community. Her clinical practice is grounded in evidence-based care, close interdisciplinary collaboration and a deeply family-centred approach, with a strong focus on working in partnership with families to achieve meaningful goals.
She has experience across paediatric critical care, neuromuscular and orthopaedic services, as well as within private practice and has worked with children and young people with a wide range of developmental, physical and complex medical needs. Rachael also has experience working within the NDIS framework and understands the importance of supporting families to navigate services and access the right care.
Rachael has a particular interest in promoting meaningful community participation for children and young people with disability. She is currently completing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) focused on disability, cycling and community participation, reflecting her commitment to inclusion, innovation and improving outcomes for children and families.
Outside of being a physio, Rachael enjoys spending her time running, going for long hikes, reading all sorts of books and enjoying the beach with her puppy, Murphy.
